Terms of Service
Effective 15 July 2026
These terms govern use of SalesTracker Pro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your company.
Accounts and company workspaces
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service only with authority from the relevant company. Company administrators control membership and access to their workspace. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or malicious content, track people without a lawful business purpose and appropriate notice, or use another company's information. You are responsible for obtaining any employee notices or consents required for workplace location tracking.
Plans, payment, and renewal
Free-plan limits and paid-plan features are shown in the service. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, billing period, and trial terms are displayed before purchase. Purchases made through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, or another billing provider are also governed by that provider's terms. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current billing period, except where law or the billing provider's rules require otherwise.
Customer data
You retain rights in data submitted to your workspace. You grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to operate and secure the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and backup or export of your business data.
Third-party services
Optional integrations and platform services may be subject to separate terms and availability. The Zoho integration is a private configuration for an authorised company and is not a general feature of other customer workspaces.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, improve, secure, or discontinue features. Where a material change adversely affects a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Company data may be exported or deleted subject to the plan, applicable law, legitimate retention needs, and requests from the company that controls the workspace.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid account is limited to fees paid for that account during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Contact support@salestrackerpro.co.za with questions.
