Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 31 July 2026

This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through the SalesTracker Pro website. It does not limit any refund, cooling-off, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Free trial

A new company workspace receives a 21-day free trial. No payment details are required to start the trial. Unless a company administrator actively purchases a plan, the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Monthly renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each month using the payment method authorised at checkout. A company administrator may cancel before the next renewal through the subscription-management link in SalesTracker Pro or by contacting support@godigital4u.co.za. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for unless a refund or earlier termination is required by law.

Refund eligibility

Fees already paid are generally not refunded merely because a customer did not use all of the paid period. We will review requests involving a duplicate or incorrect charge, a payment taken after a valid cancellation, or a material failure by us to provide the paid service. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@godigital4u.co.za with the company name, account email, payment date, transaction reference, amount, and reason for the request. Please contact us promptly after noticing the issue. We aim to respond within five business days. After approval, the bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Onboarding and custom work

Data cleanup, assisted onboarding, integrations, training, and other separately quoted work may have their own milestones and cancellation terms. Amounts for work already performed or non-recoverable costs are not normally refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Payment disputes

Contact us first so we can investigate quickly. This does not remove a cardholder's right to approach their bank or payment provider or to use an applicable complaint or dispute process.
