Digital Delivery Policy

SalesTracker Pro is a digital software service. No physical product is shipped.

Trial activation

The 21-day trial is activated immediately after successful company registration. The first company administrator can sign in and begin configuring the workspace, inviting users, and importing customer information.

Paid subscription activation

Paid access is normally activated automatically after Paystack confirms a successful payment. The customer is returned to the SalesTracker Pro subscription page and the purchased active-rep seat limit is applied to the company workspace.

Delivery problems

If payment succeeds but access is not activated, email support@godigital4u.co.za with the company name, account email, payment time, and transaction reference. Do not submit a second payment while the first is being investigated.

Access requirements

Customers need a supported modern browser, internet access for online features, and permission to use location and camera features where those tools are required. The progressive web app can be added to a supported phone's home screen.

Onboarding and integrations

Self-service account creation and CSV import are available in the service. Assisted onboarding, data cleanup, training, and dedicated ERP or CRM integrations are separately scoped and delivered according to the written quotation or project schedule.
