Follow these steps to set up your company. Each step unlocks the next.
Stores
Team Members
Some reps were created automatically during a store upload or Zoho sync. They have no shared default password β each rep will be prompted to set their own personal password the first time they log in.
Share their username (shown in the table) with them. If they get stuck, click Reset Password to force the prompt again on their next login.
Store Assignments
Call Cycles
Set up rotating call schedules so your reps know which stores to visit each week. A typical cycle is 4 weeks, starting from the 1st of the month.
