Delete your account

Signed-in users can start an account deletion request from Profile > Account > Delete account in the web, iOS, or Android app.

What happens next

• We verify the request and complete it within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law.
• Your login access and personal account profile are removed.
• Work records owned by your company may be retained in an anonymised or legally required form. Company administrators should request deletion of the whole workspace if required.
• Security, billing, backup, and legal records may be retained only for the period reasonably required.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@salestrackerpro.co.za from your account email address with the subject “Account deletion request”.
